Aug 14-16th Weekend at the Lake House

Missouri State Fair~We love tractors!
They loved looking at all the animals there.
Seth was Up Close and Personal with the sheep.

Look at how little they were next to that massive piece of machinery.
Hot Shots!
Wonder if those tires would fit on the new Jeep Truck?!
Studly!

That sure is some tread!

Alicia and Seth painting on No Littering buckets

If you kiss the frog, maybe he will be a prince?
Yep, we need one of these to play in!
Chelsie and her horses!
I love this shot of Seth.
Kiss Kiss!
This horse tried to bite Alicia and all we could do is laugh when she about jumped out of her skin! lol
90 degree weather, Yep I would have my ass in the fan too!
I swear she slept like this the last hour of our ride to the lake house.
Cheese Ball!
Pop's Fishing
Another Cheese Ball!
our humming birds where buzzing all over the place.
We went down to try our luck fishing...
Can you tell he is bored...
My beauty!
Pete caught the first fish and then the 'Fever' Started. Everyone was ready to catch some fish!
Chelsie like to play with them before she lets them go...
Alicia was playing in the Shad bucket and had no problem at all with putting them on the hook.
Photo op of the duck!
Seth is starting to get bored at this point.
No Alicia, she is playing with dead fish!
But managed to catch her first Catfish.
15 lbs!
Pete taught her how to grab it just right.
15 inches, that is.
And a kiss for good luck before she let him go. Awwwwww
Now, Seth was getting very mad and then he snagged his fish.
He would not have anything to do with it. But it was 13 inches, I mean 13 lbs...lol
.5 lbs is what the hook said. That was the only way he would let me take the pictures.
He looks so awesome in this hat!
They ran so hard and played that they did not even make the beds before they crashed!
Mr. Johnson lets Chelsie borrow his golf cart so they drove in circles most of the weekend.
And then we took them out in the paddle boat for a spin around the cove.

Had some lake chores to do then off for swimming!

He did not get in much but was having a blast shooting water at the girls off the dock.
And Boy o' Boy does this kid talk with his hands! LOL
See Dee, I told you he would swim in the lake.
"We Love the Lake House"
Yep- took her an hour to get that off her face!
I love this shot too!
And a million more miles on the poor golf cart!
All in all, this was the first trip for the twins to the lake house and they had a blast. Hope we go back real soon before Winter.
